This set of functions represent the Coordinate System Mapping Package's knowledge of the Danish System 34, UTM + polynomials (1999 vintage) Projection.
This projection is supported in ellipsoid form only. Most ordinary parameters are hard-coded and selected via the "region" (prj_prm1) parameter.
